Optical Assistant Opportunity in Marlow

A boutique environment, zero pressure from commercial targets, and a genuinely close-knit team – this Optical Assistant role in Marlow is well worth exploring if you are ready to trade high-street chaos for high-end independent eyecare.

Here’s everything you need to know about this role:

• £26,000 – £28,000 salary

• Alternate Saturdays, with Sundays and all Bank Holidays strictly off

• A relaxed, well-supported floor: you will always work alongside another experienced Optical Assistant and an Optometrist, meaning no frantic lone-working

• Beautiful independent setting where you’ll focus on delivering tailored, high-end frame styling and attentive patient care rather than rushing through high-volume dispenses

• Great work-life flexibility – while Thursday availability fits the existing shift pattern perfectly, it is by no means a dealbreaker for the right person

• Free parking available on the surrounding streets right near the practice
